Days are counted from the date we receive your written cancellation to the first day of the Summit. The fee covers the seat, the Materials, and the meals we list for the event, so we hold a seat and commit venue costs for each Attendee. Hotel rooms, travel, and other costs you pay to third parties are not refundable by PYOT.
Transfers, Cancelled Summits, and Exceptions
Transfers. You may transfer your seat to another eligible attorney, or move to a later Summit, if you give written notice at least [14] days before the event. A transfer is not a refund, and it can be used once.
If PYOT cancels or reschedules. If we cancel a Summit, or move it to a date you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund or a seat at another Summit. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel or lodging you booked.
Illness or emergencies. We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer or partial refund for a documented illness, family emergency, or other serious circumstance. Approval is not guaranteed.
Removal from a Summit. An Attendee removed for conduct reasons under the Terms is not entitled to a refund.
Referral credits. Referral discounts or credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to [email address] with your name, the Summit date, and the email you registered with. We will confirm receipt within [3] business days and tell you the amount due under the schedule above.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [30] days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Payment processor fees are [refunded / not refunded; choose one].
